Founded in 1994, The Forum is the student newspaper of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. It is run by students for students, in accordance with by the free speech rights guaranteed high school students by Massachusetts statute and the state constitution. The newspaper's mission is to inform students about important news in their high school community and to provide a forum for the discussion of issues of interest.

Editorials represent the perspectives of members of the editorial board. Letters to the editor and opinion pieces represent the personal views of the writers, and do not necessarily reflect those of the newspaper.

All editorial decisions are made by the student editors. Neither the editorials nor the stories express the official policies of the school, the administration, or the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School school committee.
